Following our clients feedback about information included in the welcome letter, we modified the welcome letter format. The main changes are: In the first page travellers can find the services included summary including the service and accommodation details and pick up times.

After the summary they will find a short description of each excursion with a picture which represent the tour.

At the end of the welcome letter travellers can find the hotels scheduled address and phone number and Kallpa emergency phone.

We trust all these changes will help to improve the communication in order to provide clear details for times and services expected for travellers itinerary and for those interested to learn more about the scheduled tours the information is still available in a more visual and organized way.
