14th December 2020 – The so long-awaited day arrived and thousands of  Argentineans could experience the phenomenon offered by the Sun, The Moon, and thousands of stars which shone in the Patagonian sky at the middle of the day. A once in a lifetime unforgettable experience.

At 1:08 p.m. on Monday, darkness began to cover the sunny Patagonian day. The temperature suddenly dropped. Shouts and applauses helped to exteriorize the anxiety and nerves of neighbors and local visitors.

They were watching a small band of light disappears behind the dark shape of the Moon. It was two minutes of deep darkness and a sky full of stars in the middle of the day. The total solar eclipse dazzled with all its splendor. Most certainly an unforgettable moment for astronomers, astrologists, and people who feel attracted by the energy of this magnificent and unique natural event.
